Not easily is the answer. Does that cron job then go and update/delete/add posts, and for post as it loops, run our search_filter_update_post_cache action:

Does your code have a list (or could it) of the Post ID’s it works on? You could run a loop after it has done its stuff to put each ID through that do_action, and NOT delete the cache tables?
