Bug with S&F Pro in WooCommerce

Hi,

A mystery bug hit our WooCommerce/WC Vendors marketplace yesterday: all products disappeared from the Shop and Search Results pages (although they still appeared in Categories pages and in the back-end).
We deactivated all plugins to find the culprit, and believe it or not: it was Search & Filter Pro.

Fortunately, we’re in development and we weren’t actively using S&F anyway – not because of any weaknesses (we think your plugin is great) but purely for external decisions we made in relation to design.

However, given that we purchased this solution and we’d like the option of using it for other purposes on our site in future, we really need to know:

A) How could this happen given we last updated S&F 18 days ago?
B) Can you offer a solution?

I think the answer to A would be found when investigating B.

It might be easier to resolve if we looked at this together on Skype using share screens?

I will be in my office in about 35 minutes.
