Glad its working out for you in the end 🙂

You customise templates by copying them over from the plugin folder to you theme – http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/#docs-new-ajax

To customise the template is no different than any other template, you can use WordPress Template Tags in The Loop to retrieve all the info you need 🙂
