Hi Trevor
I have changed max_input_vars is set to 2500 but I’m still having the same issue when I try to edit or create a new form.
“Fetching cache information…”
I have reinstalled the plugin but no joy.
It’s frustrating because I got it working when I disabled most of the plugins on the site and now it’s broken again.
Let me know if you have any other ideas. Thank you
Great to speak with you Helen. It looks most likely that it is the server setup that is at issue, as it is falling over on the load of the post to edit. We tried editing the wp-config.php to increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 128M,but that did not seem to take effect (maybe server-side caching).
