    I had a quick look but I can’t see anything obvious… It seems that perhaps the theme has some JavaScript which removes our handlers on the “scroll” event – I’m not 100%.

    What I would do is unregister your themes javascript, just for testing (this might be difficult to do) to see if is one of their scripts.

    You might be able to unload the offending script on Search & Filter pages if they do not affect other features.

    My other guess would have been if there was something unusual with html markup in theme (causing our height / scroll calculations to be off, but I don’t think so).

    Actually while I’m on that that thought, maybe, just maybe, your theme changes the markup after page load, that could throw something off…
