    Hi, I have a developer license for Search and Filter Pro.

    For a while now I have been unable to do the automatic upgrades in my WordPress admin. I have just done a manual upgrade from 2.2.0 to 2.3.0 thinking that this might help the issue. However, it doesn’t. I get the message “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”.

    I have checked its licence and all is OK.

    When I come to your site and login to my account I can find no download available for 2.3.3 so I can’t even do a manual upgrade now. Neither does the ‘Deactivate old sites’ part work.

    Hi Janice. I can see the problem in your account, but it will need to be fixed by Ross. I will pass this to him so that he can extend the expiry date on the license to October 2017. It seems to have (wrongly) expired in January.

    Thanks Trevor.

    I did notice that the license for my developer membership was the same as the personal license I had first of all. It was the personal one that had the January expiry date.
