Hi,
I am trying to setup a mini search form on my home page that will direct users to a search results page.
I’ve created the form, put the shortcode on the home page and it populates with values correctly.
The problem I have is that there is no submit button.
In form settings, when I try to uncheck “Auto submit form”, whenever I save settings, it reloads checked.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Anonymous(Private) October 10, 2014 at 3:49 am #5813I have just found that I have to add the submit button. So I’ve done that!!!
However, I still have an auto-submit checkbox that won’t stay off after saving. Not that it makes any difference, because the form is NOT auto-submitting, even if I wanted it to.
Another “feature” is that the Auto Count *beta* does not seem to work for me, even though I am only using taxonomies. Perhaps because I do not have any normal categories? I am using your search engine to work with WooCommerce.
Ross Moderator(Private) October 14, 2014 at 4:01 pm #5930Hey Melissa
Thanks for the detailed info – sounds like there is a bug in the admin screens so I’ll look at that when I get back.
In regards to the autocount – this feature is really buggy and has mixed results with different setups – I should actually go and hide it completely until I have time to improve it but unfortunately some users are using it with success – so I cannot now go and hide the feature…
Thanks
