auto populate dropdown based on previous selector

I don’t know how to put it right but with an example
I got 2 custom tax (example!):
country
cities

So I got 2 dropdown, for each one.
Cities got all cities or none.
If I select a “Country”, Cities must be populated (that is the word!) depending of the city.

Is that possible?

In the main form settings, on the first (General) tab, are two checkboxes for Auto Count. These must both be ON.

Then, in the Form UI, for both fields, Hide Empty must also be ON.
