To follow up I can see when you go directly to the URL/refresh the page, the results are accurate: https://infinityworks.com.dev/insights/category/career-stories/?_sft_post_tag=agile

This leads me to assume the issue is with Ajax.

I think it is because the terms may have a zero count.

Try this:

In the General settings tab of the form:

Set Auto Count (both settings) to ON

And then in the Form UI:

In each field set Hide Empty to ON

Hey Trevor,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I can confirm that Auto Count is already set to ON, and within Form UI, both fields Hide Empty setting is also set to ON.

Unfortunately the issue persists.

I noticed when I disable Ajax, it works – although due to the large hero area, the Ajax really needs to be used here.

Hi Trevor,

I may be wrong but I think the count is actually forcefully hidden by CSS. This is a staging server so there’s no caching enabled and no plugins for it.
