Hello,
I have filters set up and working and we “Category” and “Tag” fields, with Ajax enabled.
The issue is that the “AND” field relationship does not appear to work as expected, rather it shows results as though it is set to “OR”.
For example if you select the “Careers stories” filter in the “Article type” (Category) dropdown, I expect there to be 4 – which there is. However, when you then select a category “Agile” (Tag) there should be zero results – but they remain.

This leads me to assume the issue is with Ajax.

Thank you for getting back to me.
I can confirm that Auto Count is already set to ON, and within Form UI, both fields Hide Empty setting is also set to ON.
Unfortunately the issue persists.
I noticed when I disable Ajax, it works – although due to the large hero area, the Ajax really needs to be used here.
