    Hi,

    Big fan of your plugin but I can’t update it!

    I followed the instructions and have entered my registration key or whatever (I have developer license).

    When I try to update from WordPress I get “An error occurred while updating Search & Filter Pro: Download failed. Unauthorized”

    I’m afraid this is a known issue which I’ll be looking into once we get the next update ready – for you now you can download from Your Account

    This is happening to me regularly on different sites/ Any solutions?

    I’m afraid for now, we just have to wait and try to re-authorize again – it should take 15 minutes (this works 99% of the time).

    This has been happening on and off for years now, and despite getting our host to repeatedly not “cache” these authorization connections, it seems it keeps coming back on.

    We’re in the process of building S&F 3.0, which will come with a new website, and new host – so hopefully this will be resolved once and for all.
