    It did log you in, I received an alert. So I did the save permalinks as you suggested, and http://www.techykids.com/projects

    https://www.techykids.com/category/projects/ shows (that is what I changed the menu link to so the error isn’t as apparent to other users), but if you click any of the search check boxes it says “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.” When it should be returning results.

    It should be working at https://www.techykids.com/projects/ where I have the search and filter plugin saved to that link just like the test site, but it returns “sorry, no posts matched your criteria.

    Are you able to help, or should I revert back to the older plugin where I am not encountering this issue? Thanks for your help.

    Apologies for the delay, I seem to have overlooked this ticket.

    Can you just clarify for me, that the live site, and dev site, are both on the same host?

    If so, are they separate installs, or is the development version a dev/staging feature of your host?
