    What theme are you using? As long as you followed those instructions and they are set to load in the plugin settings, they should load. My concern was that I could not see the standard WordPress jQuery files being loaded either, so something is not right, just putting aside that Search & Filter is not working. It looks like a child theme based on the WP theme Twenty Seventeen? That theme would typically have these lines in the header:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='...../wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4'></script>
<script type='text/javascript' src='...../wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.1'></script>

    where the dots would be your site url and path

    No, but be aware of what you did and that other files MIGHT be missing. I just looked for the ones that Search & Filter needed. Is this thread closed?
