Hey Adam

I’m looking at the your search form and it is telling me it cannot find the template.

When you enter the filename of your custom template, and hit save, does the filename remain in the field, or does it dispensary?

Please make sure your filename is accurate, and if developing in child theme, then make sure it is in this folder and not the parent folder.
