We had developed some additional features to our production website on a staging site, and had no issues with the S&F on that site. We moved everything over to production, and copied over the settings from the S&F form to our live site. Now when we choose any filter, or the reset button, the page opacity goes to 50%, gets stuck, and then disables the filter options. The only way to get back to functioning is to refresh the screen.
I have carefully troubleshooted plugin conflicts and file changes between both sites, but haven’t been able to sort it out.
We are running the most up to date version of the plugin, 2.5.1.
Please let me know what information you will need to help us troubleshoot the issue.
