Hi,
Behavior with sold products is really strange. I’ve also made some testing and find out steps after which problem occurs:
– show products with filter: vyrobca=baby bare && velkost=21
https://bosaacik.sk/eshop?_sfm__price=10.5+90.5&_sft_pa_vyrobca=baby-bare&_sft_pa_velkost=21
You can see product “Baby Bare Canary”– now, change baby bare canary variation 21 to 0 items on stock and stock status to “sold out”
https://bosaacik.sk/wp-admin/post.php?post=7823&action=edit– refresh eshop page with filter:
https://bosaacik.sk/eshop?_sfm__price=10.5+90.5&_sft_pa_vyrobca=baby-bare&_sft_pa_velkost=21
You can see product “Baby Bare Canary” (but it is sold out)– rebuild S&F cache
– refresh eshop page with filter:
https://bosaacik.sk/eshop?_sfm__price=10.5+90.5&_sft_pa_vyrobca=baby-bare&_sft_pa_velkost=21
“Baby Bare Canary” is not shown in resultYou are right about two instances of S&F Filter on eshop page. As you wrote, second instance is for mobile layout which appear on each page. So on eshop page are two S&F instances of same form. Would be better to make new S&F form with new ID ? Or maybe I can try to make layout without 2 instances on eshop page.
What about meta filter changes ? Was isues fixed ? I would like to also filter variable products regards length and width.
Ross Moderator(Private) October 31, 2017 at 2:10 pm #139454Hi Veronika
Lets start by removing the mobile version (you will need to duplicate the form, but for testing, lets remove it).
Once you’ve done that, I’ll check through the above to see check the issue you describe – let me know.
To me, it looks like there is strange behavior because of the issue we mentioned a while ago (remember all those import issues, and how your importer wasn’t importing variations properly)
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) November 3, 2017 at 10:14 am #139987Hi,
Don’t think we are in circle. Lot of problems was resolved. I can also accept this one, but it’s not really comfortable to rebuild cache every day.
I’ve moved all products to trash and made new one manually. I think that now we can exclude importer issue theory.
I’ve also cleared transients, expired transients, deleted orphaned variations and recount terms in woocommerce tools.Problem appears also in only one manually created product in woocommerce:

Also would like to notice, that it not depends of second S&F form instance on page.Don’t this behaviour appear in your testing environment ?
If you think that would be better to export our current production version, let me know, but it would be little bit laborious for me to wipe customer data.Just not to forget from 5.9.2017:
Could you please take a look to meta filters bug ?
(I would like to filter products depends on their variants size (meta)).Ross Moderator(Private) November 3, 2017 at 2:15 pm #140018Hi again
Maybe Im getting confused also because Im not familar with the data and environment.
Yes a clone (and FTP) would be great. Why not clone all the tables, but leave wp_users and wp_user_meta, from the dev site.. This way you would have no user data and I will already have valid logins 🙂
Thanks
