    Hello,

I bought the pro version of S&F and like the single page search and result function. I was hoping the results would pull the images that are set for my business directory. When I used the free version the images were showing, but now with the paid version they are not. Am I doing something wrong? Can some one please help me?

I have moved this thread into the Support forum, from the feature requests.

Can you take screenshots of the General and Display Results Methods tabs of the form and post a link to the image here so I can see it?

    What theme are you using?

Can you give me a url of the business directory example (a live page, not an image) and also a link to the search page that you have made so I can see the difference?

I am using the Divi theme.

OK. I see. Thank you for that.

Is the search working OK, but it is that the results don’t look right (appearance) and are missing some fields/data/media?

If so, this can be fixed. The first step is to follow these instructions for Customising the Results (making a copy of the template results.php file):

    http://www.designsandcode.com/documentation/search-filter-pro/search-results/using-a-shortcode/#Customising_the_Results

Then we will need to work together to get it to work. Skype would be easiest, if that is possible for you?

Correct, the search is working just not showing all the fields/data/images.

I will look at these steps this weekend and if you are available I can skype on Monday if that works for you.

    Thank you in advance,
    Justin

    Hi

Power went out, we need to hook up again I think.

    So, anyway.

The Directory plugin you are using must have a means of outputting the contents of fields per post using php, and you may need to speak to the author.

What I did not have the chance to ask is, are you using the plugin because you need its functions, or was it simply a convenient way to have data entry fields?

I suspect that combining Divi with our plugin and that plugin is going to be a lot of hard work.
