    Hello,

I tried to search the forum but couldn’t find any solution.
In ACF i have set up a repeater field that contains a text field and a checkbox field.
I would like to filter my posts by the textfield value.

After trying i figured out i could add all the values manually, but since the value can and should change it would be easier to get them automatically.
As far as i can see there is a tag with a sub tag that contains the array, and there are the tags with an id where each value is stored. (text_field_0, text_field_1 etc.)

Is there a solution to this?

Well, seems i can’t edit my post.
Found an answer in the forums, which indicated it ain’t possible what i want to achieve.

Any chance this feature is going to be added in the future?
Or is there some hacky workaround?

    Hey Bas

I am looking into relationship field integration at the moment, hope to test out something next week 🙂

For now I guess they would have to be added manually. The automatic feature has only recently been added.

    Thanks

Hey Ross, any tip for how to start doing it manually? I can’t figure even how to start

    Hi Tuut,

I noticed that the way i was trying to add them manual wasn’t working (after my first post).
The only thing possible would be adding the fields (text_field_0, text_field_1 etc.) one by one as different filters.

Ross should correct me if i am wrong.

At the moment i am working in a development cloud, so to get some filters working without the support of the repeater field. I added some taxonomies. For now its working, but not the prettiest solution.

I am still hoping and waiting on the repeater field support 🙂

    Kind regards,

    Bas

At the moment I can’t give much advice to getting this working as there is no official support – glad you found a workaround Bas,

I’ll update when I have managed to look into this further.

    Thanks
