ACF checkbox labels not translated in WPML-translated version

Hi,
I have a Polish/English website translated with WPML – http://acciona.staging.wpengine.com.
I created English version of Search and Filter and it works almost fine. There are the following problems:
1. In checkbox option field (last search element) the labels are shown from original version instead of translated – http://acciona.staging.wpengine.com/en/#search
2. I’m using shortcode method to display results. As I needed two language versions I located two result files with search forms Ids as their names created in a special folder wp-content/themes/oxygen/search-filter folder. Unfortunately, a version from plugin folder is being used instead. How can I make the individual files work?

Hi,
I just wanted to say that point 2 is resolved (my mistake).
With point 1 I managed via manual input. However, I believe it should work automatically as well – is there any way to make it work?

I have looked at the two page you gave. at the end are some terms with post counts. On the first page you give, I see:

Mieszkanie (89)
Lokal usługowy (7)
Biuro (0)

On the other page:

Apartment (89)
Commercial (7)

Is this what you mean is wrong?
