    I bought the extension now.
    I’m trying to upload it to the site, but in the middle of uploading the site crashes, and I get this message:

    This site cannot be accessed because the webpage at http://www.(exemple).com/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-plugin is temporarily inactive or has been permanently moved to a new web address.
    ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED

    The hosting company of the site say it’s a file problem and not theirs.
    what am I doing?

    If you have ftp access, can you try and use ftp to upload the plugin instead? You will need to unzip the archive file and then copy the search-filter-pro folder to the wp-content/plugins folder.
