I am trying to set a custom template following hese instructions in documentation:
If you wish to customise the display of your results, a template file is included in the Search & Filter folder.
1) Create a folder in your theme folder called search-filter.
2) Copy the file wp-content\plugins\search-filter\templates\results.php from the templates folder in to your newly created folder wp-content\themes\your-theme-name-\search-filter\results.php
Search & Filter will now use this template to display your results 🙂
It does not seem to be listening… 🙁
Also, I’ve set it up to do autocount for tags and though it shows that there are listings for some of the tags (for example, Florida =3) when I choose them it shows a blank page.
I will send you the link in next thread entry – private.
Ross Moderator(Private) September 19, 2014 at 3:18 pm #4858Hey Jim
If you are experiencing problems I would recommend that you do not use the auto count feature for now as its in beta and needs some work – its only working for a limited number of users at the moment.
Can you do a test on a new post?
So insert the search form shortcode in the page, then underneath insert the results shortcode – and see if this behaves correctly?
Both are described in the docs about the shortcode functionality – http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/#docs-new-ajax
It seems the results shortcode is not on the link you sent me – so S&F doesn’t know where to display the results.
Also make sure that “use shortcode” is ticked in the settings panel.
Thanks
