    Hello,

I am trying to update to 2.1.0 and receive this message on WP 4.4 network:

An error occurred while updating Search & Filter Pro: Could not create directory. search-filter-pro/admin/assets

    Thank you,
    Cory

Not sure if this is related but I see this constant notice on my plugins page:

Notice: Undefined variable: version_info in …\wp-content\plugins\search-filter-pro\admin\includes\EDD_SL_Plugin_Updater.php on line 144

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in …\wp-content\plugins\search-filter-pro\admin\includes\EDD_SL_Plugin_Updater.php on line 144

    That’s on both of these
    /wp-admin/network/plugins.php
    /wp-admin/plugins.php

    Hey Cory

Is this after installing the update, or are you stuck on the previous version?

    Thanks

    Hi Ross,

I am on 2.0.3 and trying to update to 2.1.0. I cannot install the update through the WP interface. I receive this error message.

An error occurred while updating Search & Filter Pro: Could not create directory. search-filter-pro/admin/assets

So, the update doesn’t complete or even begin, I don’t think. I’m still on 2.0.3. I think that’s what you mean, right?

Of I try WP’s newer quick-update button, I just get:

    Update Failed: Plugin update failed.

    Thanks
    Cory Cory

BTW, I can manually delete the plugin and replace it with the downloaded files from my account on this site. That works for me but thought I should drop a note about the error message.

(No error message(s) after doing that.)

Yeah there have been some issues with updating, but I’ve not seen the ones you mention so thanks for flagging that.

Now I’ve got 2.1 out of the door I’m looking at fixing update related issues.

    Thanks

No, thank you … and congrats on the update.

It’s a local environment so maybe that’s weird. I need to upgrade my license!
