    Hi there,

I’m trying to add Search&Filter to my WP installation (woocommerce and elementor). I dit get the filters and search box in my sidebar but it doesn’t work, not filtering the actual list of products.
I’ve tried with the manuals on the documentation with no success.
Can you tell me the easy way to get it working? Or check on my website just in case I did something wrong

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks.

With the current version of our plugin, this can only be done if the form is set to use the Post Type Archive display results method, which I can see yours is not. In turn, if you were to use that display results method, it would need to be searching a single post type, using that post type’s archive template.

If it is searching ‘products’ in a WooCommerce store, then you would use the WooCommerce method instead.

Using woocommerce shop display results. I have a filter for taxonomy (product_cat). The filter correctly shows the product categories in the filter but thinks they are all empty as the count shows (0) next to each one. I have over 10K products in the database and they definitely have categories assigned to them.

Any help with this is super appreciated?

    Hi,

I created a multi-date picker ACF for Woocommerce products and was trying to use S&F pro date range filter for the products based on the ACF. I set the post type to be products, meta tags to be the ACF meta, and display results to be Wocommerce-shop. However, the filter doesn’t filter products in the shop. Every time when I put a date range, it will just display all the products in the shop.

I’m wondering what the problem is or if I should use product shortcode method instead. Thanks!

    Best,
    Yaxin

It is likely that the form would need to be set to the WooCommerce Store Display Results Method, and the Ajax Container likely needs to be set to .products.

If that does not work, are you able to send me a live link/URL to your search/store page so I can take a look?

    Hello!

I am having difficulties trying to set up a date picker for WC Bookings. When I choose datepicker in post meta, it just shows an input space to write something, but does nothing on search. I know it’s a bit vague, but maybe you have an answer on top of your head?

Maybe I can send you the URL in private if you want.

    Thanks!

Let us assume that this is a product category or product tag term.

You would set the form up per our guide for WooCommerce:

    https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/search-results/woocommerce-shop/

Whichever ‘outdoor’ is of these two, that taxonomy MUST be in the Form UI, and you need these settings ON (you might need Variations set also, if you are using them):

As you can see in this video: https://www.loom.com/share/ef0214c1d4ab46fcaa1b1a31a297a07f
I have a filter that works on WooCommerce product attribute, in my shop some of attributes are related to some categories, so in other categories, filter items are not display any filter items because of checking Hide empty terms, how can I hide heading of that filter?
I have this question about ACF filters and other type of filters, I am a back end and front end developer, so if there is a wordpress filter that I can use to solve this issue or there is a callback javascript (jquery) function that will call after ajax filter happened, please send me the related documentation.
    thanks

I see that the Pagination Container setting in the form is set to:

    .pagination a

Can you try setting that to:

    .woocommerce-pagination a

In theory, in WooCommerce, items on sale have a regular price and a sale price. Those not on sale do not have a sale price, and have only a regular price.

You can use this in the Post meta settings tab to test if the sale price field exists, or not exists.

Please note that we are now closed for the day as it is gone 5PM here in the UK. For any further replies, I will be back on again tomorrow.
