TrevorParticipantYou are working with WooCommerce, and the shop is on your site home page? IF you are, there is a bug in the current version of Search & Filter Pro. I have a fixed version I can send by email, if you send me your email by private reply.

RossKeymasterHey Aaron
Just trying to get my head around the issue, as I’m thinking there may not be one… 🙂
So, S&F can be used to search for any post type in your website, in this case products. It can be used with the woocommerce shop page, or you can create your own custom search results pages using the other display methods…
Regardless of display method, the search forms themselves can be placed anywhere in your site. S&f works with products & variations.
Now that’s all said, can you explain exactly whats not working with S&F?
I’m away for a few days so may not personally be able to respond until after the weekend.
Thanks

AnonymousInactiveNo WooCommerce, just the blog posts on the front page.

TrevorParticipantAre you using WooCommerce and have the shop on the home page, or do you have the blog on the home page?

AnonymousInactiveNo problem. Unfortunately nothing gets displayed from within the Pages Visual Editor, I’ve tried using the Themes title area option but it puts the heading above the .content_right_from_sidebar wrapper, I could try moving it aroudn with CSS but thats gonna be a pain to get right responsively/on all devices. So I may just have to hardcode it into the Woocommerce page template, if I can find the right file that is :p

AnonymousInactiveSuperb thank you. Any way of getting the page title back?.
Looks like I need to restyle the woocommerce orderby dropdown so it matches the main archive page too.

TrevorParticipantThis WooCommerce so is the search set to WooCommerce in the Display Results tab?

TrevorParticipantIf you are trying to search in WooCommerce, you must follow the instructions for that:
http://www.designsandcode.com/documentation/search-filter-pro/3rd-party/woocommerce/
This does not allow searches on other pages.

TrevorParticipantIs that url the shop page as set in WooCommerce settings? The search Display results type WooCommerce only work on the main shop page, and not other pages.

TrevorParticipantI think there are membership plugins for woocommerce that you would need to use? I am not sure if there is any mechanism for me to inform you when the WC support is extended, other than you keeping an eye on the blog. Is their a subscription list?
