You always want it to be horizontal?

If so, the form is in a widget in the sidebar, so you need to find a way to place it at the top of your header in your theme. And then use CSS such as that here:

I need to make a single search form horizontal. How can I do this? I found this for all of them:

.searchandfilter > ul > li {
display: inline-block;
vertical-align: top;
padding: 0 20px;
}

but this doesn`t help me, because I need only one of them to be horizontal.

I’m trying to set the plugin: search & filter, but I can not.
My site test is: http://sito.oenoa.it

1. It does not show me all the articles that are published, there are over 1700 articles, searc & filter has about 130 articles.

2. As you can see on the site, my search items and taxonomies are one below the other. I would like to put them aligned horizontally, also I would like to use the same text of the site.

Hey,

i bought the Search & Filter Pro plugin but have problems with the position of the filter options. Is there a possibility to position the possible filter options in the search form horizontal and not vertical?
Furthermore I have a problem with the way the results are shown: I created Portfolios with thumbnails and everything but when showing the results there are only normal posts including the title and a short description of the product but no pictures – how can i fix it?

You would probably need to use the CSS shown here:

… but surround it it with a media query to restrict to screen sizes to whatever mobile breakpoint your theme is set to, e.g 767px. Like this:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
  .searchandfilter > ul > li {
    display: inline-block;
    vertical-align: top;
    padding: 0 20px;
  }
}
