Hey again,

I read the documentation further, and I see I have the additional shortcode of results that I need to use on the results page.

I’m using elementor and elementor PRO, so my search results and Taxamonies are template-based. How can I configure the Archive results / Archive element of element to display the filter results on those pages?

The free version of the plugin did it automatically for me, if you wish, I can restore the demo plugin and show that it is working properly, with the same setup as I have now (just without the META of the price since meta is not available on the demo version)

Where can I find the download for the Search & Filter Elementor extension? We purchased the Search & Filter Pro version, but I can’t find the Elementor extension anywhere under “My Account”.

You might need to use a layout/skin customizer for the Elementor Posts widget.

Ele Custom Skins we do not officially support yet (free and Pro versions), so some features might not work, but, in the main, it seems to work with our plugin.

That was an easy fix. I had set up the Elementor extension, but had trouble getting it to work initially, then didn’t switch it back from custom.
Its all working well now.

Hi,

I got it fixed (guessing there was a plugins conflict), but, I do have a problem using the media search (media post type) with Elementor’s portfolio or posts widgets:
I guess the problem is that they look for the featured image of the posts, but uploaded media (post type) has no featured image, so the images are blank (only the info appears: title, excerpt exc.)

Is there a solution for this?

My license is valid, clicked on the update option in my wordppress/elementor area and I get a message, “Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”. Please resolve.

The form is not correctly setup for Elementor Pro as it is set to Custom display method.

We now have a free additional extension for Elementor Pro, which you should download (if you are logged in) from top of this guide page:

Please read the guide carefully, as the old method you may have used would have a filter_next_query shortcode, some javascript, and set it to custom mode, none of which are now used (all are built in to the extension).

This will require a few changes to the form and the page setup, but should work.

Hi,

I am using elementor pro and the custom skins plugin and for some reason, posts will show in the backend when editing the template but show as not found when visiting the live URL. I rebuilt the template from stractch as I thought something might not have agreed, and this still didn’t fix the issue. I have set up the search and filter settings correctly to the documentation found about elementor
