I took a quick look in your site, and I can see that you did not find this new guide (and the new extension for Elementor that you can download from the top of the guide page):

I also posted a link to this guide on that YouTube video as a comment (the video was not made or posted by us).
Try changing the form and page setup using that new extension and the guide.
At the moment the Elementor extension plugin, which you can download from this guide page:

… works with the methods detailed in that guide. 3rd party addon plugins for Elementor, such as Jet Engine, may not work with our extension. I have previously tested our plugin with the Jet Engine and it only partly works at best.
We are currently working very hard to get V3 of our main plugin released in June. I am sorry but only after we get that released can we look at increasing the number of 3rd party plugins that we can support.

Hi, I am having the same issue.
I put the S&F form in an Elementor popup in the website’s store so as to improve filter usage on mobile, but the filters do not affect the product archive in the store.
Is there a way of making this work?

#2 This is not possible sorry. The second (alternative) MIGHT become possible in V3, which we plan to release next month (but that might flex a little), but is not possible right now.

It does not appear that you have used the additional extension plugin from this guide, nor does the page or form seem to have been setup following that guidance?
