In reply to: Using Divi Shop Module

As far as I know, the Divi Shop Module is not the same as the Blog module. The shop module appears to simply modify the standard WooCommerce shop pages, so you should not need to use the Custom method. It should work OK as the standard WooCommerce display results method, and the page in where the Divi Shop Module is being used should be the WooCommerce shop page. That means no need for the filter_next_query shortcode nor the above script.

    Hi

I think I have fixed it. Your setup is:

    Divi
    Woo Layout Injector for Divi
    Search & Filter Pro

The Display Results method should be WooCommerce
There should be nothing in the actual shop page (do NOT use any Divi Builder Modules).
The Ajax Container should be .et_pb_woo_archive_grid

I also enabled Auto Count. It seems to work. You can check the shop page on my staging site. Please let me know when you are done, as I will then take the staging site down.

I’m not using a Divi module for the shop page. It is the Woocommerce default shop page.

    Hello,

I am trying to configure the search and filter with my Divi and Woocommerce store. (https://mechanicoutlet.com/shop). I can’t seem to be able to style the plugin at all the way I’m used to. No matter what I put into the custom CSS box it doesn’t do anything…

I would also like to use the ajax feature so the page doesn’t have to reload every time a box is checked and my category list is so long it wouldn’t be practical to have a submit button on the bottom.

Also, I would like to be able to add a search to the home page that would then display the results on the shop page so the customer can filter.

Can you please help me with these items and possibly other issues you may see. Thank you!

    Hi

I recently purchased the “Search & Filter Pro” plugin to make it work with “divi shop module” and Woocommerce, but I have not got it to work. I have been looking through this forum and I have seen some solutions like copying the file “results.php” to the folder that is indicated, but nothing.

    Please, could you help me?

    Thank you.

    Greetings.

    Hi.

I’m not sure if I’m using this right or not.

I have a site (WP 4.6.1) with a WooCommerce (2.6.8) shop. Each product has some custom fields using “Advanced Custom Fields” Plugin (4.4.11) (I’ve inserted some sample text on these fields on one product only for testing purposes).

I’ve installed Relevanssi (3.5.6.1) and put “all” in the Custom Fields to Index area and it is set to only index Product post types. This has sucessfully built the index of products.

In Search and Filter pro (2.2.0) I’ve created a new search, only on products, with only a search box and submit button. Display results are set to woocommerce shop and ajax is disabled. I’ve enabled Relevanssi in Advanced.

When I search for the sample text that is in a custom field I get a list of all the categories, but no individual product results. In a normal wordpress search it finds the products. I have to be doing something wrong, but for the life of me I can’t see what it is…

If you are not using the WooCommerce ‘shop’ as such, you must use one of the other display methods, in your case either ‘As an Archive’ or Shortcode. Search for Divi on this forum.

Hi – I’m using Divi from Elegant Themes with Woocommerce and have used your shortode to display search Results here- http://www.yog-ee.com/find-a-yoga-class/.

As you can see the results displayed are pretty ugly and I wondered if you can tell me how I can display them in a Grid format as you have in your Woocommerce example.

I have serached the forum and can see that lots of Divi users are having problems.
Thanks for any help youc an give this relative newbie.

Trevor, but you are assured that it is compatible with WooCommerce. I disabled all other plugins and it is still not working. I use Divi theme. I can give you login and password maybe I did something wrong…
