1. You have an older version of the plugin. Please update to v.2.3.3. See this post for instructions:

3. I am unsure what you mean by the ‘execute time’?

It may be that your license key needs to be deactivated and then reactivated, or it could be an issue with updates. This post contains some guidance:

Hi, I’m getting this message when I try to update.
Please advise.
Silly me, I had logins so I could look for myself. This issue you describe is a known bug in v2.2.0 that you have currently installed. Update that to 2.3.3 and it will be fixed. You may have to do a manual install, so see this post:

You might need to deactivate the site on your account here, and then in the license page in wp admin. The do a manual update, and after a few hours activate the site again. See the instructions in this post.

Hello,
When I attempt to update plugin I get the following error message..
Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized
Any ideas please? I have switched domains – not sure if this is relevant.
