On this page: https://demisto.staging.wpengine.com/new-news/
When I choose a filter option, I want the check to remain in the checkbox so that there’s a indicator of which “category” is being displayed. If I check one of the options, the display updates to show the proper items in the list area, but the check goes away from the box, so I don’t know what the settings are.
If you compare to this page which is also created with the plugin: https://demisto.staging.wpengine.com/partners/
You can see that the checkboxes remain, giving an indicator of what the filters are.
The only difference between the two pages is that one is filtering a single post type by taxonomy and the other is filtering multiple post types by type.
Full disclosure, I am not using the PRO version. I only purchased it so I can get support.
Thanks for your help.

I must have missed this part of your original post:

I can only support the Pro version. The Pro version has many more features than the free version and so much of the codebase is different. Why not download it and install it (you can leave the free version installed and even active if you wish) and build a form in that?
Anonymous(Private) March 21, 2017 at 1:06 pm #98235Hi Trevor,
I went to upgrade to pro and realized that the site was ALWAYS using the Pro version, so I think my request for help is still valid. I switched the license to the one I bought and upgraded the plugin, but I am still having the issue.
Is it wrong to expect the checkboxes to keep their state so that that user can know what the filters are?
How else would the user get this information?
Trevor(Private) March 21, 2017 at 1:34 pm #98263Silly me, I had logins so I could look for myself. This issue you describe is a known bug in v2.2.0 that you have currently installed. Update that to 2.3.3 and it will be fixed. You may have to do a manual install, so see this post:
