Hello
I have placed your excellent plugin in the middle of a page and although it loads the results through Ajax I have a problem when with the pagination. Next and previous pages do not load through Ajax but all the page is loaded again and the user sees again the top of the page. I have noticed in your demos that your pagination has Ajax loading. How can I achieve that or at least scroll the page to the results container? Although I have checked ”
Scroll window to: Results Container on Pagination” it does not seem to work.Thank you very much in advance for your help.

I am sorry for the late response but I just saw your email. I will try to see what is going on.
However I have spotted another problem. On the same page that I have placed the plugin I am also calling some articles. I am using Avada theme by the way. Well the problem is the following. It keeps looping the articles again and again and repeating them. When I remove the plugin everything is ok. So is there a way to change this?I thank you in advance.
Trevor(Private) March 21, 2017 at 3:49 pm #98314Hi
You may have a firewall on the server? My IP is 86.13.58.166, which I know is on some blacklists, but I cannot change it due to my ISP.
It might be the Display Results Method. We have a new one not listed that you set as Custom, but add a new type of shortcode to the page just before the grid/loop. See this post (which is about Divi but the setup is the same):

Anonymous(Private) April 7, 2017 at 1:09 pm #101947Hi Trevor
Sorry for the later response.
Regarding the blocked IP issue:
For security reasons the firewall from attacks on our hosting company’s servers is configured to block IP addresses that are from abroad and which have made four unsuccessful login attempts to SSH, FTP, POP3 and IMAP.The first time you get blocked your IP will unblock automatically after about four minutes, but if you continue the failed login attempts it will continue to block and each time the unblock period will become longer.
Alternatively if you do not want to wait you can reboot your router in order to get another IP from your ISP.
