Plugin working fine so far! Here are 2 quick questions that I need help on that I can’t find via looking at docs and searching:
1. How do I have the default search show nothing when a user first visits the page? I want the user to first type or choose something before it shows a result.
2. I want to use my search and filter on a subset of pages … like 20 pages… do I have to make a new instance for each or is there a way to do a universal form and form results. (in the settings, it asks for the results page… so I would have multiple pages where it is showing AJAX results).
Thanks

1. This would require some custom CSS. And where this is placed depends on which Display Results Method you are (the choices are shown here). Some use your theme templates, one uses Visual Composer (a new beta option not shown on that list as it requires a free extension) and one uses a template that we supply with the plugin. This post explains this methodology.
2. Where the search form uses Ajax, and if you have set ‘Only Use Ajax on the Results Page` (see the docs link I gave above for this) it will stay on the page. If you are using the WooCommerce or Post Type Archive method, then you get an additional option to enable on “taxonomy archives” which may help also.
