I have the plugin installed on http://tommyssuperfoods.com and the license key added, but when I try to update the plugin I receive the following message: Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

On the license key page, it says the license is active, however when I look at sites in my account that are active, I don’t see this site listed. The field to add a site when I click to manage the license on your website does nothing.

How do I get updates running again?

It may be that you have to fetch the license key again and re-enter it.

I tried deactivating the license and reactivating it but that didn’t work. Is that what you mean?

I mean go to the Your account page here, grab the key again, and input that. Failing that, it would have to be updated manually using ftp (not in WP-Admin):

Download the new version from your account area), then follow these manual installation instructions:

    1) Deactivate S&F in WP Admin Plugins page (do not delete, otherwise you may lose your search forms IF the current version you have installed is older than 2.3.1 – from that version onward we have fixed this issue with a setting in the main plugin settings page)
    2) Via FTP, delete search-filter-pro folder from the wp-content\plugins folder on your server. If you wish to keep the folder, just in case, do NOT rename it, instead move it UP a folder into the wp-content folder.
    3) Unzip the file that you have downloaded.
    4) Upload the search-filter-pro folder from the archive file you just unzipped to the wp-content\plugins folder on your server.

We’ve already manually updated, but would prefer that to not be the ongoing solution.

I’ve tried re copying the key off our account page. I also tried adding the site via the form there too – neither work. Would love to see a solution the will make auto updates possible again.

    You are now at v2.3.2?

    Yes.

We are hoping this issue has been resolved with the release of this new version. If it is not, when we next update, let me know (my guess is that we will release 2.3.3 soon).
