Hi,

I’ve been having some trouble getting your plugin to work – and so I’ve stripped it right back to following the initial install and “new filter” from your documentation – and I’m getting the message “Notice: This Search Form has not been configured to use a shortcode. Edit settings.” ..

We’re running the latest WordPress, latest version of your plugin etc.

We really think this plugin will do EVERYTHING we need it to – but I just can’t seem to get it to function.

Any advice?!!

Cheers,

Jon

Whilst I appreciate that some replies are marked private (you can’t read them), does this look like your problem?

It does … but as you said … I can’t see your proposed solutions 😉

I think our developer has a fix for it. I will mark this for his attention. I know he is running through his threads right now.

Hey Jon

Just to let you know I’ll be releasing an update with this fix later on today – I’ll update this ticket also.

Best

Hi Jon

Sorry for the delay, was holding off release to catch a couple more bug fixes.

We’ve just released v2.3.3 which has a fix for your issue 🙂

Thanks
