    Hi

Can you show me the page (a URL) with your form on?

    Hi

I have looked at your form, It has only two elements in and no submit button. If you want to show one, you must add it to the form. I have made a duplicate of the form with one added to show you.

Right now I am not using any custom file to display search results. So can I make changes in the file which is being used to display results? Can you please tell me in which file can I edit?

At this time your search is not set to use a custom template file. I see you have entered the name of one in the setting field called doctor-search.php, but I do not have access to see the theme files to see even if that file exists. You should not make changes to main theme files, as any changes made will be deleted when you update the theme.

You should be working with a child theme before you start editing. If you do not know how to make one, there is a good plugin to allow you to do this. Whatever you do, make the child theme name without unusual characters and make it a unique name so no other person will have the same name (otherwise theme updates might accidentally happen):

You can remove this plugin when you have made the child theme. Once you have made a child theme, you can copy theme templates files that you wish to edit to this new folder on your server and edit them there.
