Anonymous.
When I try and update the plugin, I get this message:
Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
All other plugins are updated. I am on WP 4.7 with the latest Genesis Framework and a new child theme.
The site is in maintenance mode and I am also using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin but I deactivated both plugins and am still not able to update.
I purchased the Pro version on 7/8/16.
Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks
You may need to do the update manually (after downloading from your account area):
Manual installation instructions:
1) Deactivate S&F in WP Admin Plugins page (do not delete, otherwise you will lose your search form)
2) Via FTP, delete search-filter-pro folder from the wp-content\plugins folder on your server. If you wish to keep the folder, just in case, do NOT rename it, instead move it UP a folder into the wp-content folder.
3) Unzip the file that you have downloaded.
4) Upload the search-filter-pro folder to the wp-content\plugins folder on your server.
