    Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been trying to get the Search & Filter Pro plugin to hook up with WooCommerce using the Navi Theme but it won’t filter results. When I deactivate the Navi plugin and change the theme to something else it works perfectly. I am thinking there is a conflict either between your plugin and Navi or between WooCommerce and Navi?

    Can you advise?

Alternatively, can your plugin be used to display posts in a gallery type format (much like a WooCommerce product page would) without the need for WooCommerce?

    Thanks

I have done nothing with the website other than test things out. It is my first time using woocommerce so I am unfamiliar with the plugin – I believe there may be a conflict between it and Navi. Essentially, all I want to do is create a camps wordpress website similar to this: http://www.mlsstore.com/LA_Galaxy_Gear/source/BM-mlscom-LAGAL-TopNav-022615

Hence, I purchased your Search & Filter plugin as it seemed the most similiar in terms of being able to replicate this.

    Thanks Paddy

Ahhhh. Divi, not Navi. We may need to do this together over Skype, but have a quick scan/search through our FAQ page looking for Divi:

    https://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/faqs/

I think it recommends to use of the Shortcode method (the results don’t look so good, but can be made to emulate most page layouts). Here is the documentation on this method:

    https://www.designsandcode.com/documentation/search-filter-pro/search-results/using-a-shortcode/

Take special note of the customization bit.

Ha Trevor, don’t know where I was getting the Navi from…..must have been a template from the past, apologies for the confusion. Anyways, I am just looking for the path forwards so I can start getting the site underway. If I can edit the results page to show post results in a grid format I will be good with that. From what I have read, it seems I can do that by editing the results.php? Is this correct? Thanks

Yes, that is correct. I can help you with it though. What I would need is a sample grid (url) made in Divi to ‘steal’ the html structure and css classes from.
