    Hi,
I would like to filter my product variations.
I set up two products (screws) with diameter and length as attributes.

The problem is that the filter shows the screws even if the selected variation doesn’t exist. How I can solve this problem?

    thank you
    Giulio

In the main form setup, not the form layout UI, on the General tab, you need to have Auto Count and the one under it both checked.

Then, in the form ui, in the post meta element, you need to check the hide empty values.

I think that should do it.

    Hi,
I already tried these settings and it did not work.

I do not think that he had time these last few days, and I am waiting to have a meeting with him, but it is unlikely to be today. You have not been forgotten though.

    Hi Giulio

I’ve been a bit tied up but will be taking a look at this tomorrow.

As far as I’m aware there are no issues with WooCommerce and S&F so hoping this is just a configuration issue.

I’ll be in touch should I have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
