    Well, as I said before, I think it was you that asked, you would have to have a custom field with the Alpha character for each post. Making the ‘menu’ you would choose a checkbox or radio button list, and then style it to hide the actual checkbox or radio button and to style the labels into buttons. You could have it with all the letters (# as all, and A-Z) but that would give empty results, or you could have it showing only those letters with results.

    It was not me asking before. But thank you for your suggestion.

    My colleagues and I already thought of this solution and we are probably going that way.

    Altering the WP_Query has been a nightmare before.
