Hi Todd. The default WordPress search (and therefore our textual search field) only searches the title and content, and not tags categories and custom fields. To extend the search to these, install the free relevanssi plugin and set that up as required and build the index. Then, in the form setup, go to the Advanced tab and enable support for relevanssi.
Trevor(Private) October 17, 2016 at 5:32 pm #64583Ah. I think I see the issue. When using the default search (e.g. the one in the menu bar) it gives a URL like this:
http://thismess.wpengine.com/?_s=melon
Which means that it is using the default WordPress search. You need to replace any search boxes with Search and filter ones. And then you would likely have a custom results page, not the default wordpress search results page.
