S&F Pro does not work when Visual Composer is activated.

Hello,

I made a fresh website.
First : I install your plugin v2.2.0
Second : I create a page with shortcode search and result. It works fine.
You can see here :
http://maximegiraud.fr/fpe/recherche/

Then I install and activate Visual Composer. My search page is now white, or not working.
I just activated Visual Composer, nothing more.

If I disables Visual Composer, my research page is up again.

Could you please tell me what is the problem .

I can give you the admin acces to my test website to check out.

OK

I have looked at the issue, and it is not within WordPress, it is your server setup, or your .htaccess file configuration.

In Firefox I changed the browser settings to allow any encoding and it now shows a misconfiguration error on the server message. Time to talk to your server admin I think 🙁

I understand that the problem is not from your plugin, but could you give me a tips telling me what to do ?
What would you do if it was your website ?

I tried on a other server and I have the same probleme with “500 Internal Server Error”.

S&F Pro + Visual Composer = “500 Internal Server Error”

Should I talk with the support of my serveur ?

Hi

This is hosted with OVH? Is it a VPS or what type of hosting? Is a managed package or self managed?

Whilst he is not free until later today maybe, our dev also asked for ftp access?

Ok, well, Ross will look at it later. That hosting package is called ‘shared hosting’ (cheap and cheerful).
