We tried everything but can not get the (Exclude results with specific tags, categories and taxonomy terms.) to work. Tried in both the Settings and Default area and in the Search UI area and both together. Our Taxonomies is large and we only search a small part of it, and must exclude the rest in a drop down format. (Additionally we need to search this area twice or for two different search terms (words).
Hey Joel, support is limited atm as I’m away but if you can provide login details I’ll take a look on my return…
The only thing I would try to make sure is that you are using the correct IDs – a fairly simple test would be to exclude/include only category 1 as this is by default in wordpress uncategorized – if this works then you are using the wrong IDs, if it doesn’t work then there is another issue… Let me know anyway.
