    Hi,

    Same issue here, ACF was installed before s&f, I was unable to drag/drop neither change tab in search form creation.

    OK, so this looks like a script loading issue in admin in your custom theme. You will provide the HTML source for the edit search form page and also a copy of your functions.php file on a file sharing site.
