Checkbox options not showing up on Post Meta (ACF)

I am using ACF per your implicit recommendation and had a few field-type checkboxes which contains city names as choices/options/values. SEE SCREENSHOT. I dragged the “Post Meta” into the Search UI on the search form. I click on the “Choice” tab and selected the right “Meta Key.” SEE SCREENSHOT. I don’t see the city/cities as choices on the front end. CONFUSED. Please help.

I already the support threads below to no avail… I confused on whether they even apply to my situation.

Hi

On the third screenshot, I see the meta key name has an underscore to start the name. It should not have this. Look further in the list for the same name without that underscore.
