I just purchased the plugin and have set it up per the instructions. We are using the Loop in our archives page but nothing is showing up. I can add the short code manually to the archive page and the search and filter shows up but none of the dynamic options are showing and nothing happens when you click search.

We use woocommerce and I’ve tried to display results as both WooCommerce Shop and Post Type Archive and neither produce anything. I also have AJAX turned off currently to help with troubleshooting but the goal is to turn that on as well.

What else can I try to figure out exactly what the problem is?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can you send me (using the private reply option) admin logins to the site, and also the name of the page where the search form is to be seen in the front end?

Sorry, those credentials do not work for me?

Your search form appears to be for a WooCommerce shop. As such the Display results method should be WooCommerce, and the search form must be on the main shop page. The documentation page:

I’ve been continuing to try to configure the search and filter and am having the following odd behavior still.

    1) I keep configuring a filter and it works and shows up for a few days and then randomly disappears.

    2) The cache is not recognizing products. I keep getting the error “Ready, waiting for some posts to cache…
There is no data to cache yet.”

    Hi

Can you upgrade to version 2.2.0 of the plugin?

Ok I just updated to version 2.2.0 but still no change on the cache. I’ll have to wait a few days to see if that resolved the first issue of my saved search disappearing.

The filter and search options I chose are showing up on the woocommerce shop page but all are blank assumingly because the cache isn’t generating. If you want to look directly at the site, the credentials I sent previously are still active.

I can see that you are currently editing the form?
