My website language is Traditional Chinese (BIG5) and is using WordPress 4.5.2 and Catch Revolution Pro theme. Few days before I used CPT UI to create 4 custom taxonomies for the original post type. Those custom taxonomies are shown perfectly in “All Post” and the no. of related item can be seen on each taxonomy. And then I tried to use S&F Pro to create a search form for it, but it couldn’t find any related item in these 4 custom taxonomies, even it had shown these 4 custom taxonomies in the S&F Pro search forms

I have created several search forms to sort out the problem but it didn’t work. Please help to identify what the problem is and let me know the solution. Many thanks!

Is the WordPress admin in English? If so, can you send me admin logins using a private reply?

CPT UI works well with our plugin.

It must be the names or content that is an issue. Like special characters?

You’re right, Trevor. I finally sorted out what the problem was. I used Chinese name for the taxonomy slug so the items don’t show up in S&F Pro. When I change it to English slug, the problem solved. Thanks for your advice and hint!

Sure. Sorry if I didn’t make my point clear.
