Hi, I am still on v1.4.3 on my live site and we’ve tried on several updates since then to update but never successfully being able to make it work again. One of the v1…. actually broke our site so we waited until 2 came out and now have the latest update on our staging area. But we can’t get that to work either. It didn’t break the site but it just doesn’t return many results and in some cases returns nothing. This is even after the cache got rebuilt.
I have spent way too much money on my developer trying to sort this out and would like to know if I can pay you guys to fix it before I start considering another plugin to use. Let me know what your rates are and a private communication line so I can get you my site’s details. Thanks.

Sorry to hear of your issues. Before we talk about money, let’s see if we can get to the bottom of why this isn’t working. It is a national holiday today Monday 30 May in the UK, but I will dip in and out of the forum to catch any replies.
Assuming that your site is currently ‘under development’, can you reply here, but check the private reply button (that way only you and I see the reply) with admin logins and the page URL where you have the search on.

What do you mean by ‘text search area to include attributes in the results’? Do you mean searching inside the categories and other meta fields with the text search box? This can be done by using the relevanssi plugin, set custom fields in Relevanssi to ‘all’ and the enable support for relevanssi in S&F advanced Tab
Trevor(Private) June 3, 2016 at 6:11 pm #47438Try adding this to the site’s custom css:
@media only screen and (max-width: 448px) { #search-filter-form-308 .sf-field-submit { margin-left: 0 !important; position: relative; right: -2px; } }That took me just 10 minutes to do. I think that should work. I hope.
