Hello, I’m trying to build a similar site functionality as the demo listed
http://demo.designsandcode.com/sfpro-movie-reviews/Is there a tutorial on how to get it set up like the example? I purchased the pro version of the plugin and have started building on a website.
Trevor(Private) May 20, 2016 at 3:23 pm #46153There isn’t I am afraid. The demo is built on a standard WP Theme. The choice of theme is THE most critical decision that you will make. It is VERY painful to find that you got 75% of the way there to be tripped up because using plugins, like Search & Filter, was never considered by the Theme author.
What Theme authors should do is to use standard WordPress (codex) methods and coding practices. But many use ‘alternative’ coding (sometimes coding that was deprecated by WordPress a long time ago), thus making everybody’s life harder.
That having been said (muttered), what theme are you using?
Anonymous(Private) May 23, 2016 at 11:07 pm #46431I believe i’m using the exact same theme.

Here are my settings: http://imgur.com/a/xVIOC
Main thing is I was wondering how to get the images to show on the side I’m basically trying to recreate the same view. To create an exact copy of this site so I can modify it after.
Trevor(Private) May 31, 2016 at 8:05 pm #47176I checked back on the IM conversation and he didn’t show it me. All he said was that it was a customized version of the search.php file that came with that theme. For any other theme it would be useless. I suppose it depends on the theme you are using.
