    I’m using the shortcode, and my results don’t seem to update. I can’t find anything in the documentation about how often things get cached again, so perhaps I’m not waiting long enough. If I manually go in and rebuild the cache, my results will show up.

    I’m also using Relevanssi coupled with Search & Filter.

    If you are using Relevanssi, I am not sure S&F uses the in-built cache? I assume you do you Relevanssi installed and activated?

    The issue doesn’t appear to be with Relevanssi. To get any new results, I don’t need to do anything in Relevanssi. I just go to S&F and click “Rebuild Cache.” That gets me new results.

    In the plugin settings, what are the cache settings set to?

    Cache speed is set to slow and Use Background Processes is checked. The javascript stuff is not checked.

    I need to see the form in action, so a live url will be needed. If I can’t figure out what is going on, I may need to come back and ask for admin access. You can use a private reply to hide details.

    I do get this notice when rebuilding cache:

    Notice: Running background processes is either disabled or has failed in this environment.

    Therefore you must leave this page open to complete caching.

    This means that something in the server setup is preventing the plugin from auto updating the cache. Probably a time limit in PHP or something.
