    Hi there!

    I’m having trouble updating the plugin from 2.0.3 to 2.1.2. I receive the following error:

    “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.”

    Is there any way to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙂

    Sorry to hear of the problem. Maybe you can manually install it instead.

    #1 Go to https://www.designsandcode.com/account/ and download the file
    #2 Use ftp or a file manager and delete the search-filter folder from the server plugins folder.
    #3 Use ftp or a file manager to upload and extract the new version.

    That error message generally means your web server has run out of hard drive space.
