Filtering by custom field doesn’t seem to be working. Will this be fixed in the next update?

    Hey Betsy

It should be! How are you using the plugin, with the Ajax shortcode?

    Thanks

    Hi Ross,

I’m using it with Ajax shortcodes. I don’t want to inundate the support forum with other questions, but I was wondering if there’s some way to hide the Previous Next links when there’s only one page of results and to set the max number of posts to be displayed. I don’t want to use the number set in the WordPress settings screen. Let me know if you’d prefer I create new topics for these questions.

    Thanks for your help, Ross!

Hey Betsy, no worries at all – did you read the setup instructions and copy over the template files to your theme?

Let me know once you have done this and I can help you with a piece of code you need to add to achieve this 🙂

Hey Betsy just to let you know custom field functionality should be fixed (in the 1.2.4 update just released) 🙂

Awesome, Ross. I had already created a custom template using the instructions provided and replaced the pagination with the pagination code recommended by the WordPress codex, which I’ve successfully implemented on other page templates. So, what I need to do here is set the max number of posts and fix pagination so that it only shows up when it’s supposed to.

I’ll go ahead and update to the latest and let you know if the filtering by post meta is fixed. Thanks!

I can confirm that the Custom Field filtering works after the update. Thanks, Ross. I’m going to create a new support ticket for the pagination, so others can easily find the topic should they need to do the same.
